The Perfect Job for Independent Teachers. What I really appreciate is how flexible it is – I can choose when I want to work and how many hours I want to take on, which is perfect for me. I’m in control of my schedule, and the pay per hour is actually really good. The admin team is also amazing – the girls are always kind, helpful, and really take the time to listen to us. They’re always coming up with ways to improve things and make life easier for both us and the students.
